Chad is looking forward to his 3rd season as a volunteer on the board.  Originally from Orlando, FL he grew up with a basketball in hand and not a lacrosse stick.  After attending Florida State University, Chad spent several years in Atlanta, GA before moving to Central Texas in 2004.  Chad resides in Cedar Park with his wife Carrie, daughter Kylie (Cedar Park HS Girls Lax), and son Kellen (Junior).  He is excited to be working with a great team of people to make continuous improvements within the Cannons organization to be able to grow youth lacrosse in the area.

Joe Capesius

Member at Large

Joe joined the board in 2021 and his son Mason has played for Cannons since 2020 'Pandemic' season.  Joe has volunteered for a number of organizations during his 13 yrs in Cedar Park and feels Cannons is ready to take the next step as an organization to make the family and team experience better and the teams more competitive, and to ultimately grow the sport. He is excited about the new season and feels the better connected the parents are, the better the team will ultimately perform, both short- and long-term.  He and his wife Melanie look forward to many practices and games, come freezing cold or sweltering heat.  Go Cannons!
