Camp runs June 1–4 at Lakeline Park. No experience needed — we provide the sticks. Most of our spring players started exactly here.
Why Cannons?
No Cuts, No Tryouts.
Cannons isn't a competitive club. We are free from Private Equity. We don't cut kids. We don't run tryouts. Your kid plays because they signed up, they showed up, and they gave it their all. That's it.
Real Pipeline to High School. And Beyond.
Cannons alumni play at Vista Ridge, Rouse, Westwood, and Liberty Hill. Some our earliest kids now play collegiate; Ty Duchouquette at Binghamton, Dyson Kwan and Risto Amman at Southwestern, Hudson Murray at Depauw, Jake Vasquez at Centre College.
We're the feeder, not a side gig.
Built for Beginners.
Most of our kids have never held a stick before their first practice. Our coaches teach the game from the ground up - not from the assumption your kid already gets it.
Parent Testimonial
"Far too many families miss out on the benefits of lacrosse due to fear of the unknown. We were almost one of those families, but a fortuitous Cannons social media post started a journey full of fun, excitement, skill development, hard work, grit, and fulfillment.
Our three boys have collectively played 10 seasons with the Cannons, and we’ve enjoyed every moment. However, we were nervous to make the initial leap into the sport because we knew nothing about lacrosse and lacked the necessary equipment, but the program directors, coaches, and experienced families helped us acclimate smoothly throughout the process.
The Cannons program strikes the perfect balance between fun and competition, and the coaches focus heavily on teamwork, sportsmanship, attitude, and effort—skills that will help the kids long after their days of playing are done.
Lacrosse is great as a standalone sport or as a complement to football, basketball, soccer, or hockey. The skills our boys have developed in lacrosse have improved their performance in other athletic endeavors—and most importantly—off the field as well.
Give the Cannons a shot. If nothing else, you’ll meet a bunch of cool, fun, and selfless people along the way." ~ Linh Crozier
