Through the years, Coach Ben has developed a few fundamental principles that guide his coaching style – i) attitude and effort are everything…if you practice and play with great attitude and effort you have to be satisfied with the results; ii) if you want to win, you have to out work the other teams; and iii) winning teams are teams, not individuals…players must work together for a common goal. Coach Ben looks forward to applying what he has learned over the years to coaching lacrosse this season with the Cannons and developing young players.
